DueTick sends automatic WhatsApp payment reminders for recurring fees, memberships, and rent, with a UPI payment link in every message. We built it from scratch, as an Android app and a web dashboard, and we maintain it today.

Reminders sent on WhatsApp
A tuition centre, gym, or dance class collects the same fees from the same people every month, and someone spends the first week of every month reminding them: a message here, a call there, a note of who has paid in a diary.
Customers don’t want another app. They already have WhatsApp and a UPI app. The reminder has to reach them where they are, and paying has to be one tap.
The first week of the month stops being about chasing. Reminders go out on time, from the business’s own number, with a way to pay built in. The owner sees paid and pending without a diary.
DueTick is a good example of the kind of automation we recommend on our free consultations: not a new platform for the customer, but the tools they already use, connected properly.
We built DueTick from the first line of code and run it today, including the Android app releases on Google Play.
Tell us what your team chases, retypes, or waits on. We’ll show you what could run itself on the tools you already have.
