Turfora is venue management software for cricket turfs, football grounds, courts, academies, and multi-sport complexes in India. We built it from scratch, with a web dashboard for owners and an Android app for the people on the ground, and we maintain it today.
Captured from a demo workspace. Names, messages, and figures are illustrative.

Scheduling without double bookings
A busy turf takes bookings by phone and WhatsApp all day. Slots get double-booked, staff hand over shifts with half the information, payments are chased by hand, and the owner only finds out what happened yesterday by asking.
Generic booking tools don’t fit: a venue needs slot pricing by time of day, multiple grounds, staff roles, and follow-ups with regulars, not a calendar widget.
Bookings stop living in someone’s head. The owner sees the day without asking. Staff on shift have what they need on their phone. The follow-ups that used to be forgotten go out on time.
Turfora is used by sports venues across India, with city-by-city rollouts from Jaipur to Kochi, and it is the venue side of BookASports, the player app we built alongside it.
We built Turfora from the first line of code and run it today: hosting, support, new features, and the app releases on Google Play.
Tell us how your team works today. We’ll show you what one system, with an app for the people on the ground, could look like.
